I have a print subscription but would have to buy a digital subscription to use the app? Dumb, just really dumb. One more reason to drop he magazine.

app forces you remeber to do weird swipes and change direction all over - really annoying and confusing!!!! The designers probably think they are being really clever. I just find it ruins the whole reading experience. content ok when you figure out the right combination of swipes. I wont be renewing my subscription.
I wouldnt dare give this one a star! Not able to load it!
Continual problem with new issues coming out and not being able to download with paid subscription. If I wanted to wait I would have purchase the print version and allowed new issues to get lost in the mail. Wont be resubscribing again. Thank god Velonews app works! Bye bye Bicycling!
Garbage! Ill go back to print.
Magazine is pretty good. The app, no so much. Its really disppointing to get a message which informs you that the next issue is avilable for download, and then not be able to downloaded for days.
All was great until June 2014 issued was announced. Everything has changed and the June issue will not download. Put it back the way it was.
Please fix the new issue download! Love the Mag but the App needs fixed!!!
Worthless app. The magazine will not download consistently. Refund please!
Dont download this app until it receives an update. You cannot download the new issue, in fact, they removed it from the store.
Nothing like enjoying this magazine with the ease of a tablet!
Thanks so very much for getting this done on Apples News Stand! Ive waited for awhile to get several magazine titles all from one source and now its possible with one of my favorites, Bicycling, being finally added. Ive tried Bicycling on Nook app and Kindle app and this beats them both, hands down. My only wish is that I could read in landscape mode on my iPad Mini Ret. Other than that, excellent job.
Ive been a print subscriber for several years but decided to switch to the iPad version for the September 2014 issue. As I read the issue (I had the print copy too), I noticed that some of the words on the infographics were crunched and/overlapped and unreadable. Other than that, so far, I am enjoying the iPad version better than the print version.
App seems to work OK but landscape viewing would be better. Many ads and pictures are split in two.
Trying to read this magazine is like a different puzzle on every page. Just so annoying. Ive missed many articles because wherever it is supposed to go either doesnt work or I can figure it out. Its been this way for a long time and if anything its gotten worse. Avoid at all costs and just read the magazine in the newsstand. Its not like they have a lot of content anyway.
Basically the app is just a way to order a subscription. No real information.
I have to double subscribe. Crazy.
Love the interactive aspect, and layout. This app is the reason I renewed my subscription to Bicycling Magazine, after years.
This is my first digital magazine and it is awesome! I bought the hard copy of September 2014 issue and I liked reading it and thought it would be better to read on the go via iPhone/iPad! Thanks!
I love the content but the app has been ripping me off and charging me for EVERYTHING they sell, including yearly subscription twice in 3 months AND individual copy charges. Now I have to spend my day on the phone with apple to reverse charges.
